The NDIS Commission is inviting people to register their interest to help develop tools and resources to support the rollout of the NDIS Workforce Capability Framework.
Learn about and get involved in the Framework Implementation project
The NDIS Commission has started an 18-month implementation project to support the sector to embed the Framework in all aspects of NDIS workforce management practice. The project will provide information on how to use the Framework, and a range of practical tools and guidance to apply it to workforce activities.
Workforce Capability PDF Finalised
The NDIS Commission has finalised an accessible pdf version of the Workforce Capability Framework which all stakeholders can now access on the Tools and Resources page of this website.
NDIS National Workforce Plan announces Government support for the Framework
The NDIS National Workforce Plan recognises the NDIS Workforce Capability Framework (the Framework) as articulating the Australian Government’s expectations around workforce quality and states that it will be crucial for governments and industry to embed the framework in the workforce.
