The NDIS Workforce Capability Framework (the Framework), tools and guides will soon be finalised with refreshed web pages and tools to assist with improving workforce quality and establish a shared language of ‘what good looks like’ for participants receiving supports.

The Framework describes the attitudes, skills and knowledge expected of all workers funded under the NDIS and establishes a shared language of ‘what good looks like’ for participants.

Tools, guides and resources were created with sector consultation to support participants, providers and workers. This includes areas such as recruitment and hiring, supervision and providing feedback, workforce planning and management, career planning and training opportunities.

Resources such as factsheets, Easy Read resources, animation explainer videos and other videos will be available soon. Please share this update and continue to check the website for more information and updates.
