Workforce Capability Framework workshops coming soon
The NDIS Workforce Capability Framework (the Framework) is here, with helpful tools and guides which can assist providers, participants and workers to improve workforce quality and establish a shared language of ‘what good looks like’ for participants receiving supports.
The Workforce Quality team is rolling out a series of workshops for providers, participants and workers starting in June covering different topics.

Friday 2 June 2023, 11am AEST: Workforce Quality Director, Samantha Jenkinson, will present a workshop to discuss how the Framework could assist providers with workforce planning and management.
For participants
Monday 5 June 2023, 2pm AEST: Workforce Quality Director, Samantha Jenkinson, will present a workshop to discuss how the Framework could assist self-managing participants in writing job descriptions, recruiting support workers, and providing regular feedback to workers.

Tuesday 6 June 2023, 10am AEST: Workforce Quality Assistant Director, Kendi Kirimi, will discuss how the Framework could assist providers in writing job descriptions, recruiting support workers, and providing regular feedback to workers.
