The NDIS Workforce Capability Framework (the Framework), tools and guides have been released, along with refreshed web pages and new resources to assist with improving the quality of workers and providers and establish a shared language of ‘what good looks like’ for participants receiving supports.

After a series of successful workshops in June, three additional workshops are available for participants and providers wanting to learn more about improving service quality through recruitment, supervision and training.

Join Director, Samantha Jenkinson, for a workshop in August and find out how the Framework could assist you!
